Orientation Ministry

Contact:   Deacon Clarence Luckey, Jr, Chairperson

The  Orientation Ministry was organized to establish and maintain a channel of communication with our new Disciples/members. This ministry teaches what it means to become a Disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ and a member of the Rehoboth Baptist Church.  New Disciples are introduced to what we believe as Baptists and become familiar with the church facilities.

Orientation Ministry consists of three (3) phases.  Phases 1 and 2 are specific informational sessions designed to ensure that new Disciples are aware of the church facilities, its various ministries, and its system of Biblical beliefs. Phase 3 is new Disciples/members fellowship.  If new Disciples have specific talents or interests, members of the Orientation Ministry are there to encourage them and to help them find a place in the church were they may serve and glorify God with their gifts.

Any member of the church who is interested in helping us welcome our new Disciples can join the Orientation Ministry.
